Annual Assessments/Penalties: Our last information from the bookkeeper informs us we have $21,282.00 still outstanding. Your assessments are not in with your mortgage payments, like your taxes and insurance, it’s another bill you have to pay. Please check with our bookkeeper for the amount due, if you’ve not paid. Living expenses are making most of us live paycheck to paycheck without late fees added to our homeowner assessments. The bookkeeper reports approx. $2,000.00 of the above still owed is late fees and lien fees.
