Assessments

The OEHA current yearly  assessments are $159.00 per home.

Payments are due by April first of every year to avoid any penalty charges!

Yearly penalty assessment procedures for OEHA residents

 

1.      When dues are not paid by April first a 10% penalty added to the yearly assessment bill.

 

2.      If the homeowner's assessments are still not paid by May first then a $25.00 bookkeeping penalty will also be added to your assessments.

 

3.      If your penalties and assessments are not paid by June first of the assessment year then a lien will be placed on your  property by the Oakwood East Homeowners Association.

 

4.      If assessments aren’t paid by November 1st, another 10% is added to the complete total owed.

 

5.  The preceding process/steps are repeated as long as late fees and/or assessments are owed.
